location: the hotel was really close to the beach and restaurants, the circus that was happening in the theater next door, and both palms. there was an a la carte restaurant nearby. the breakfast was large and delicious with omelets and pasta, as for instance, excellent service.

Family with children for an lovely getaway
The staff here were amazing! They were very good too ensure everything was perfect for our family. Our butlers were very nice, and they even surprised my daughter with a birthday cake at our room, made her day extra special!
It wasn't cheap by any means, but honestly, the experience was worth every cent.

This resort has it all-amazing butler service, clean facilities, and a fine main pool with a swim-up bar. Dining experiences were high quality, especially at The Palms with amazing views. The saltwater pools were refreshing, though a bit chilly. Kid-friendly activities at the Eko Kids Club kept the little ones entertained!

The Ocean Front One Bedroom Swim Up Suite provided an excellent view of the ocean from the fifth floor, while the spacious layout and high-end finishes in the bathroom added to the luxurious feel. Direct access to the swim-up pool made it easy for kids to enjoy swimming right off the balcony, keeping them entertained while we relaxed.
Unfortunately, we experienced some hiccups . Calling the front desk proved frustrating as reaching anyone took much longer than expected, particularly when we needed assistance late at night. Plus, the absence of tortillas at breakfast reminded me of an oversight, which could have added a nice local touch to our morning meals.

Fun, Fun, Fun
We had a blast, especially at the aqua park! The kids couldn't stop giggling as they splashed around, and I loved lounging nearby. Plus, the diverse dining options were to die for, we tried everything and it was all delicious!

The resort also has a soothing spa and wellness center that was a great chill spot. The location is perfect, right between the royale and generations areas.

The Ocean Front One Bedroom Suite was fine! We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the 5th floor, a total highlight. The space was super spacious, and the bathroom was gorgeous with high-end finishes. Plus, the turndown service was a lovely touch. Missing tortillas for breakfast would have been a nice addition, but overall, no major complaints about the room!
